2. What is this site and how does it work?Get Back Up TV is a video platform to become inspired and realize you are good enough. Started as a platform for music videos and content for the band Blue October and Justin Furstenfeld, Get Back Up TV contains free content including music videos, live shows and more. The platform also contains premium content and is the home to Blue October and Justin Furstenfeld livestream concerts. Get Back Up TV also includes motivational and inspirational shows and segments chronicling Justin’s journey from depression, alcohol and drugs to his present path of being a better husband, father, band member, business person and friend.

3. How Do I Reset My Password?In order to reset your password, you will first need to go to the Get Back Up TV website (https://getbackup.tv/). Once you are there, click on “SIGN IN,” which can be found in the navigation bar at the top of the website. From there, your computer will navigate you to a log in screen. On that screen, there will be an option that says “Forgot Password?” under the sign in boxes.

4. What Is "My Library" and How Do I Access It?When you purchase something on the Get Back Up TV website, an account is created for you. Within your account is your library. This section will contain any of your purchased items so you can easily find them. Your library can be located on the main page by scrolling down. It will be its own section, along with other sections like “Continue Watching” or “My Favorites.” If you wish to see all of your library, click on the “See All” button at the top right of the section.

5. I Cannot See The Content I PurchasedTo view paid premium content on GetBackUp.tv you must have previously purchased either a livestream concert ticket or a piece of premium content. If you have never made a purchase you will not have an account to sign into. If you have purchased content, you must be signed into the GBU system to view that content. Below are instructions to Sign In. 6. I Already Purchased A Ticket. Why Is The System Asking Me To "Get Access" Again?To view any livestream show or any rented or purchased content on GetBackUp.tv you must be Signed In to your account. If you are not signed in, they system will assume you have no account and offer to sell you content (i.e "Get Access". ) To view paid premium content on GetBackUp.tv you must have previously purchased either a livestream concert ticket or a piece of premium content. If you have never made a purchase you will not have an account to sign into.

7. How can I purchase a Meet & Greet?Tickets for Meet and Greets are available on the website https://getbackup.tv in the top menu option titled “store”. The purchase can only be made from the website and not on the app. If there is an upcoming Meet and Greet there will be an option to select a time for the Zoom Call Meet & Greet and then proceed to purchasing the Meet and Greet. If you do not see a Meet in Greet in the menu option “store”, then there is no available upcoming Meet and Greets to purchase.

How Do I Redeem A Gift Code?If you have received a Get Back Up TV Gift Code and need to redeem it please click here: Redeem Gift Code To redeem your GetBackUp.tv gift code please go through this process. Only the person who is meant to spend the Gift Code funds should complete this process. Your Gift Code is NOT like a coupon code. You will not use it during a normal checkout process. The process is to redeem the gift code and add the balance to your gift balance within your Get Back Up TV account and then that balance will be available to you during the Get Access Now process of checking out.

9. I Am Signed In, But Hear No Audio or See No Video. The Stream Pauses Or Is Choppy.GetBackUp.tv is built on modern infrastructure. 99.5% of audio and/or video issues are local issues and are not an issue with the livestream or video on demand replay. If you experience any of the following, read on below: stream pauses or is choppy no video no audio see only a white screen on your browser after Signing In We have a team constantly monitoring the health of the livestream and if there is an issue we will resolve it.

How Do I Purchase A Gift Card?To purchase a gift card for Get Back Up TV go here: Purchase Gift Card Once you purchase you will receive a Gift Code in your browser window and via email. That gift code will need to be redeemed and deposited into the Get Back Up TV account of whomever will spend the funds. Gift codes are NOT coupon codes. You will not redeem the code during checkout. If you have purchased the Gift Code for someone else, you will send them the code and link to how to Redeem Gift Code.
