You will land on this page:
If you do not already have a GetBackUp.tv account you will create one here using your Email Address, Full Name, choosing a Password and clicking the Terms & Conditions checkbox. Then click Continue.
If you already have a GetBackUp.tv account you'll click Log In at the bottom of this screen.
Once on the Log In screen, log in with your Email Address and Password. If you do not remember your password, click the Forgot Your Password link on the Log In page and enter your Email Address. You'll be sent a link to create a new Password. If you do not receive the Password Reset email then the system does not find an account with the email address used. If you have trouble logging into GetBackUp.tv or creating an account you can email getbackuptv@gmail.com and we will assist. Note it can take up to 24 - 48 hours for us to respond.
After you have Logged In or Created your new account you will land on the private Storytelling/An Open Book bundle page. If you have made past GBU purchases you may have a saved credit card in your GetBackUp.tv account.
IMPORTANT: Do not click the Complete button until after you have applied the Redemption Code contained in your email, otherwise you will risk being charged.
On this page enter or copy/paste your Redemption Code into the "Coupon or Gift Card" field and click Apply.
After clicking Apply you should see the following screen showing:
- No payment information is necessary
- The Redemption Code has applied a 100% Discount
- Total (including taxes) = $0.00
When you see all above looks correct, click Complete to finish redeeming the Storytelling/An Open Book bundle. After clicking Complete your redemption will process and you'll land on the following screen showing "Your order is complete!"
After 5 seconds you will be redirected to your GetBackUp.tv Dashboard and at the top you will see My Library. Both "Storytelling With Blue October" and "Open Book (Live from Hotel Cafe)" will be in your My Library. You can click on either to replay whenever you want. These items will remain in your GetBackUp.tv account under My Library.
After you have verified your redemption is successful you can watch the shows either in the web browser on on one of our Get Back Up TV apps. Articles to those are here: https://getbackup.kb.help/viewing-platforms-television/. If you have previously downloaded one of the Apps, you may need to log out and log back in to see the Storytelling content.
In the future to log back into GetBackUp.tv, you just go to www.getbackup.tv and click Sign In on the top menu and log in with your Email Address and Password. Be sure to save www.getbackup.tv to your browser Bookmarks.
