Yes. Upgrading a ticket is possible before the show, as well as an option to purchase an upgrade to include a replay shortly after the show. To upgrade a ticket before a show, reach out to Live chat with customer service located at the bottom right of the home screen on our website getbackup.tv. After requesting an upgrade, there will be a refund for the original ticket purchased. After the refund, the customer will be responsible for purchasing the upgraded ticket option.

If you wish to rewatch the live show, we have it available for purchase on the Get Back Up TV website (https://getbackup.tv/).  You can find any of the old shows by searching for them. To do this, click on the “Catalog” tab on the main page.  From there, scroll down to where all of the videos are displayed.
