In order to reset your password, you will first need to go to the Get Back Up TV website (https://getbackup.tv/). 

Once you are there, click on “SIGN IN,” which can be found in the navigation bar at the top of the website. 

From there, your computer will navigate you to a log in screen. On that screen, there will be an option that says “Forgot Password?” under the sign in boxes. Click on that option.

It will prompt you to enter your email. Once you have done that, click on “Send Instructions.”

You will shortly receive an email that will contain further instructions on how to reset your password.
